-I reserve full rights to the original artwork. The client may not claim my artwork as their own.
-I may resell poses, bases and any other works created by me.
-I may use finished commissions on my social media and portfolios.
-The client cannot use my artwork for anything other than personal use. All commissioned artwork is for noncommercial purpose only, unless the client has bought commercial rights. (I do graphic design professionally and that is treated separately).
-The client is allowed to repost the artwork as long as proper credit is given (my nickname and Twitter page link).
-Please do not remove or alter my signature.Refund Policy

-I reserve the right to cancel a commission at any time, for any reason and without explanation. In this case, a full refund will be given.
-If the commission is cancelled (by me or the client) before the work has begun, the client will receive a full refund.
-If the client cancels the commission after the work has begun, the amount refunded will be determined individually based on the progress made.
-I do not refund finished or almost finished commissions.Visual Reference

-Client must provide at least one clear and concise visual reference; please supplement the visual reference with any important information I may need to know to correctly draw the character.
-If the client provides only a description for a character concept, I will do my best to fulfill the client's idea for the piece but I cannot guarantee it is EXACTLY as the client imagined.NSFW Commissions

By ordering anything 18+/NSFW you are agreeing that you are at or above the age of 18.
-I no longer do pornographic art. In this regard I am referring to the act of sex and it's related kinks. I DO draw sexy characters i.e. pinup women/men and I can do nudity, but that is where the line is drawn. If you have concerns or questions I am happy to answer any!Workflow Process

-I'm gonna be blunt. I run another business, a Cafe, but times are strange and I love art so I am doing this as well. I don't intend for times to be long and I will give the client a generous estimate for time to completion of the commission and I may or may not finish it before or after that time frame. If it is looking like it will be late I WILL contact the client.
-I will send a drafts to the client for approval. Progress will be paused until the sketch is confirmed.
Any major changes must be made at the first sketch stage (any significant changes to a character’s pose, body shape or accessories that would require redrawing parts of the sketch).
-After the sketch has been approved, any major edits will be charged an additional fee or will not be made.

-I accept an upfront PayPal payment in USD.
-Payment in EUR and CAN is possible; please ask me to convert the USD price to EUR/CAN price for you first.
-You will be given 24 hours to pay after receiving my PayPal Invoice.
-By accepting the invoice, you accept my TOS.
